Season 7 episode 4
A stroke of bad luck
Hello, I’m brother Joseph back with you again, let me begin this episode by wishing all my Muslim brothers and sisters a peaceful spiritual and happy Ramadan. I send you all my blessings. Now let’s continue.
it may seem this way to you my regular listeners, but please believe me when I say, I am not seriously afflicted with a propensity to moan, but sadly the way we are living today does not leave much room for anything else, not when the objective is to help people understand their predicaments.
Wait a minute: is that not the domain of religions; providing understanding and warnings to people in the way they live? I’m certain that’s the case, but unfortunately when speaking of our discomfort with teachers of religion all we are ever asked to do is pray. ignoring the contradictory ways we live whilst praying for deliverance is in itself a form of moaning so I believe the Gods they believe in must surely be tired. Who would wish to listen to moans of a man walking past water whilst dying of thirst?
Most of the answers we seek to relieve our discomfort together with most of the answers we seek as the causes of our discomfort is always right in front of our faces should we only make time to look rather than simply saying we do.
As usual, you will find much information here to think about, whether you digest it or not is another matter, whether you agree or not is another matter, but please, relax have a cup of tea and listen as it is here to help you navigate discomfort. Meanwhile

Our senses are being overwhelmed with negativity and our bodies are retaliating as our hearts pay the price. It cries with pain, says enough is enough and stops beating, because we are all taking shortcuts to a pre-mature death. As adults we do this through our lack of patience, understanding and humility and our young, carbonated people are sadly lacking in righteousness forgiveness and love as our bodies overreact with the intentionally effective ingredients of Aldi foods.
It is my belief the company has desisted from its use of harmful genetic ingredients in its food supply now, however, 25 years ago their Godless practices resulted in an exorbitant amount of carbonated people’s intensely suffering from mental illnesses as parents ate and fed their young with tainted food products guaranteed to cause dysfunctional behaviour in their young in the future and sterility in the males. This is an intentionally purposeful way of controlling population growth in the Nubian community.
Of course, this is only MY opinion, but it is one based on close observation over many years together with research 26 years ago which was lost in my hard drive at the time. With the passing of time, I have realised the importance of that research and possible reasons for my computer’s corruption.
If you want to hear any more of my opinions on this subject, you can text me or subscribe. And I will include it in another episode giving you a shoutout
At this time, I would like to continue about our abused sense and a certain mechanism in our body that affects them all. it’s an organ which has taken up much of my thoughts due to the amount of us it has been affecting lately. The Heart.
When someone says I love you with all my heart it is a very powerful statement to make because our heart is such an important part of our anatomy. Should the heart stop functioning we die, that is the ultimate outcome but far worst still is the effect on our bodies when our heart malfunctions.
A malfunctioning heart is probably the most painful thing that can happen to us because when our heart malfunctions our whole body is affected, most often when this occurs sufferers are left paralyzed with the inability to speak or walk or even comprehend conversations. It is a living death.
We identify these afflictions as having a stroke, but I refer to it as “having a stroke of bad luck” because for us it is truly a serious case of running out of luck. The medical profession has many reasons why so many people these days are stroke affected and for the most part I believe their diagnosis. If you are tested and signs of a possible stroke is detected, as with every illness these days, we are prescribed with one form of medication or another as continued observations are carried out.
However, the root cause is seldom taken into consideration. And that is in these days we live in very toxic and stressful societies; this is not to suggest it has not always been the same but the current toxicity in our lives is of overwhelming proportions. Our spiritual senses are constantly being bombarded with negativity to the extent that even children without the pressures of adult responsibilities have become victims of stroke. We are a society who find it hard to be satisfied, we always want more of everything and the more we receive it’s the more we want. We want the latest and best of everything adults and children alike and what we achieve most is stress. Because we constantly live in this way, we are usually not even aware when we are stressed as it’s just our way of life, but our heart knows it and that organ must never be taken for granted. It works autonomously for us as in the way breathe without having to consciously work at it but we should never take it for granted and always remember it’s presence. This is one reason when saying “I love you with all my heart” you had better understand the consequences. These are just some of the things you experience because of having a stroke.
The initial impact of a stroke can be profoundly disorienting, reshaping not only your body but also your entire life landscape. Survivors describe the moment of a stroke as a sudden, jarring experience, marked by confusion and fear. For some, it manifests as a loss of control, where familiar sensations and abilities vanish in an instant. This overwhelming disruption triggers a cascade of emotions, including shock, anger, and deep sadness, as they grapple with the reality of their condition. Understanding this initial impact is crucial, as it sets the stage for the long journey to recovery and adaptation that follows, and your families and friends will be hoping and praying that it does.
Many stroke survivors recount the initial moments post-stroke when clarity was lost, and confusion reigned. For some, the inability to communicate or move parts of their body was a profound shock. Even though these early challenges often morphed into motivation for recovery.
Mental health challenges frequently accompany the physical ramifications of a stroke. navigating the experiences of anxiety, depression, and isolation, in some cases, for a short period of time all your important senses go into limbo, and you are the walking dead. A sensation not unlike being buried alive. This is a terrible situation to be in, to be alive while being denied the ability to live, so we must strive with humility. We must be humble and thankful for our ability to enjoy life to its fullness. A life where all important things we need are provided for us for free and without need for the latest upgrade. Let’s be real, we’ll have no need for the latest furniture or vehicle in a coffin and that is an unfurnished bedsit we all find ourselves in eventually regardless of your life’s acquisitions. Be happy, be stress free, stay blessed and your heart will take care of you.
If my father permits, I will be covering this subject from a more personal perspective in a later episode so look out for it.
Meanwhile, stay blessed. Thank you for being here with me and thank you for listening
